Sweet@The Welly

This venue is a permanent performance space within The Duke of Wellington pub. It is a two-minute walk from Brighton railway station.

The room is rectangular with an access door for audience and loading in. This venue is located on the first floor. Due to the age of the building, the only access is a set of stairs with no disabled access.

Audience seating is on one level. The stage is raised and equipped with a single back stage curtain with narrow standing area only. The room is equipped with our standard adaptable sound and lighting systems.

  • Room Depth: 5.4m

  • Room Width: 2.5m

  • Room Height: 2.95m

  • Stage Depth: 1.25m

Sound Equipment:

Full range speakers are wall-mounted on either side of the stage. Standard input options include one microphone and digital player inputs.
